The Coleman Worldwide Moving SUMMER WORK & SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM 

Are you a college student looking for a temporary summer job? 

How would you like some help paying that Fall tuition bill?  

The Coleman Worldwide Moving Summer Work and Scholarship Program is for college students looking for full-time and part-time summer work based from our Tacoma, WA location (Fife).  Available positions are in our commercial and household divisions and include physical work. 

Pay range is from $10 – $12 per hour based on experience and job duties. A maximum of 30 positions are available. 

To be eligible for the summer Student Work Program, you must:
Yes! I want to work summers for pay PLUS earn up to a $1,000 scholarship.

  1. Be over 18 years of age
  2. Either be enrolled or in the process of enrolling into a College or University
  3. Successfully complete the Two-Week Training Program
  4. Work a minimum of 400 hours between May 15, 2015 and September 15, 2015
Coleman Worldwide Moving proudly supports post-secondary education in our communities and will offer the following scholarship program to qualifying summer interns to assist them with tuition in the coming year:

• $500 scholarship* towards your post-secondary education for the first** full summer internship
• $750 scholarship* towards your post-secondary education for the second** full summer internship
• $1,000 scholarship* towards your post-secondary education for the third** or more full summer internship


Requirements:
  1. Must be a summer, seasonal associate employed as a helper, packer, driver, warehouseman, or other Service Center operational, non-management position.
  2. Completion and submission by the deadline of the Summer Intern Scholarship Application.
  3. Must provide proof of enrollment in a post-secondary (education after high school) institution beginning after the completion of your summer internship, but prior to 12/31 of the year of your summer internship.
  4. Must work full-time or be available to work full-time and respond to all work requests between May 1 and August 31 (accommodations will be made for ending and beginning dates of school later in May or earlier in August with proof of such dates provided, but accommodations will not be made for summer school).
  5. Supervisor acknowledgment of good work performance and attendance. Disciplinary actions may disqualify applicants.
